IC SCADA Solution for Camellia Dairy

Overview

The initial SCADA system design for Camellia Dairy Factory provides centralized monitoring and control of key production and utility processes. The system collects real-time data from the Raw Milk Tank (Collector Tank), including weight and temperature measurements, ensuring accurate monitoring of raw material conditions. Pump operation status is continuously monitored, allowing operators to track availability, running conditions, and faults. Dedicated zones are implemented for boiler operations and cooling rooms, providing clear visualization of temperature and operational status for each area. A separate control zone is designed for the filling machine, enabling operators to control the machine, monitor production quantities, and track the total filled volume on a daily and monthly basis. The SCADA system also includes trend analysis for process variables, allowing performance evaluation over time, as well as a comprehensive alarm management system that provides instant notifications in case of abnormal conditions or system alerts.
