IC SCADA System for New Generation

This SCADA system is designed for a chemical manufacturing process with integrated mixing and storage operations. The system monitors multiple mixers equipped with load cells to measure material weight and volume, with readings divided into seven defined process stages for accurate monitoring and control. All process data is fully visualized on the SCADA interface, providing real-time insight into the mixing process and production parameters. The filling process is managed through a main storage tank, from which the product is transferred for filling into drums and IBC tanks, while gallon filling is handled through a dedicated filling machine. Process measurements and production data are automatically collected and logged, enabling detailed reporting, traceability, and trend analysis. This SCADA solution improves operational efficiency, ensures accurate material handling, and provides reliable monitoring for chemical production processes.
